WOW-Estates is hiring 2 Sales Agents to join our luxury real estate team on the Costa Blanca.
This is a hybrid role combining pre-sales (client acquisition and relationship building) with active property sales.
As a Sales Agent, you will manage the full client journey — from first contact and needs analysis, through property viewings, to closing the deal.
You will build lasting relationships with high-net-worth European buyers and guide them through every step of purchasing their dream property in Spain.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on personal interaction, understands the needs of international buyers, and has a passion for luxury real estate.
